Getting Started with Agentic AI POC

Prerequisites​

  • Python 3.10+
  • Enough disk/RAM for sentence-transformers model download
  • .env values for integrations you need (n8n, LinkedIn, AWS, etc.)
  • Access to the private repo

Installation​

git clone https://github.com/TeamFleetStudio/Agentic-AI-POC.git
cd Agentic-AI-POC
python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
# ensure .env is present (repo may ship .env template - do not commit secrets)

Run​

uvicorn app:app --reload --port 8000
# or: python app.py

On startup the app loads SentenceTransformer('all-MiniLM-L6-v2') (can take time).

Verification​

  • OpenAPI docs at /docs if enabled
  • Health/basic compare or summarize route succeeds
  • Model load log appears without fatal error
