Data Extraction Automation Overview

Apollo.io Python pipeline that extracts, cleans, and enriches B2B lead contacts (exec names, emails, LinkedIn) from company domains for Wally outreach.

What is Data Extraction Automation?

Main script: apollo_extractor.py

• Reads CSV of company domains
• Queries Apollo for target personas (Founder, C-level, VP, etc.)
• Reveals emails/LinkedIn via Apollo /people/match
• Writes apollo_enriched_contacts.csv
• Caps at 3 contacts per org; 300ms delay between calls
