Getting Started with FS Garage Utilisation (BE)

Prerequisites

• PocketBase binary (~31MB; copy from teammate or download)
• Local pb_data/ copy (ADR-005: work on local PocketBase only)
• Access to TeamFleetStudio/fs-garage-base
• Timesheet API credentials (env; never hardcode)

Installation

git clone https://github.com/TeamFleetStudio/fs-garage-base.git
cd fs-garage-base

1. Place PocketBase binary in the project (per team instructions)
2. Restore/copy pb_data/ for local DB
3. Configure env for Timesheet (TIMESHEET_BASE_URL and credentials as documented in repo)

Run

Serve PocketBase on 127.0.0.1:8091:

# Example - use the exact serve command your team uses
./pocketbase serve --http=127.0.0.1:8091

Admin UI: http://127.0.0.1:8091/_/

Branch workflow

• Work on operations
• Open PR into dev-clone

Agent / docs protocol

Read root AGENTS.md then docs/UX.md, docs/DESIGN.md, docs/DESIGN-calc.md, docs/QUALITY.md before coding.

No root README

Human + agent memory lives in docs/ (ARCHITECTURE, DECISIONS, STATUS, COMMITS, etc.).

Verification

• Admin UI loads
• Migrations applied
• Hook endpoints respond (scorecard/run/allocations)
