Getting Started with LinkedIn High Engagement Automation

Prerequisites​

  • Python 3
  • OpenAI API key (optional but needed for AI comments)
  • LinkedIn session cookies (GET_LINKEDIN_COOKIES.md)
  • Access to the private repo

Installation​

git clone https://github.com/TeamFleetStudio/linkedin-high-engagement-automation.git
cd linkedin-high-engagement-automation
pip install -r requirements.txt
playwright install   # only if using Playwright auto-commenting

Configure config.py​

  • Set LINKEDIN_SESSION_COOKIE and LINKEDIN_JSESSIONID
  • Optional: OPENAI_API_KEY
  • Optional: USE_PLAYWRIGHT_FOR_COMMENTS = True

Run​

python3 linkedin_high_engagement.py

Open dashboard.html in a browser for results and auto-post controls.

Keep the script running if you use auto-posting.

Verification​

  • Profiles/posts appear in dashboard
  • AI comments generate when OpenAI key is set
  • Cookie auth errors resolved by refreshing cookies
